This MTU Onsite Energy natural gas generator set is a reliable 30 kW standby power solution designed for commercial and light-industrial backup applications. The unit is model 30PGC6NLT1, serial number 348840-1-1-0812, manufactured in 2012, and currently shows approximately 230 hours. The generator is rated 30 kW / 37 kVA standby and produces 120/208V, three-phase power at 60 Hz and 1800 RPM. It is powered by a GM 3.0L industrial natural gas engine coupled to a Marathon Electric synchronous alternator with Class H insulation. This unit is housed in a weather-protective enclosure (non-sound-attenuated) and is equipped with an MTU digital control panel, integrated mainline circuit breaker, emergency stop, and an EnerGenius battery charger. A GenTracker remote monitoring module is installed for off-site system visibility and alarms. Fuel system data indicates natural gas operation with a required inlet pressure of 7–11 inches of water column and full-load consumption of approximately 361,000 BTU/hr. This generator does not have a jacket water heater installed. This generator is well-suited for applications such as telecom sites, small data centers, retail facilities, municipal buildings, industrial yards, and general commercial backup power where a compact natural gas standby unit is required. Unit can be fully inspected, serviced, and load-tested before shipment.
